OptimALL equips schools with skilled educators who create a common language within school systems and families about the value of differentiation (teaching with the learner’s needs in mind), empower school leaders as they develop a culture centered around meeting the needs of all learners, and establish a network of support giving school leaders, teachers, and families the capacity to welcome and serve all learners.

OptimALL currently serves over 30 different schools in at least 14 different school districts in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Our staff goes into those schools to provide coaching, promote professional development, and suggest learning strategies that will benefit entire classrooms and schools.

OptimALL’s staff and educators work hard to bring about positive change in our school districts. We have various staff members to teach and coach within the schools, run operations and administration to keep our non-profit up and running, and provide support along the way to teachers, schools, students, and parents.

Meet the founding members of OptimALL, along with the board members and advisory members who keep OptimALL running and growing successfully. This team has helped OptimALL from its start in just a few Catholic schools to its important position today, serving over 30 different Catholic and non-public schools in at least 14 different school districts in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Our community partners include St. Xavier High School, McNicholas High School, Ken Anderson Alliance, Autism Society, Ruah Woods, Down Syndrome Society of Greater Cincinnati, and Xavier University.
