OptimALL utilizes the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship, Autism Scholarship, donations, and state auxiliary funding to provide intervention services in our schools. OptimALL handles all the administration of the state scholarships, helping schools to provide excellence services without the administrative burden. Act Together Consulting
Ohio law is changing, and schools are having a difficult time keeping up with the regulations in an efficient manner. The typical school Principal is concerned with academics, behaviors, teacher needs, test scores, parents, spiritual development, and has very little knowledge of the comprehensive scholarship system they utilize.
Why is a Consultant Service Needed?
Understanding the laws saves money. Multiple funding systems can seem to be chaotic for Principals. If they are not aware of the newest laws, they may not be billing efficiently, leaving money on the table.
A lack of time. Instead of wasting many unnecessary hours searching for answers, an OptimALL staff has the knowledge needed to create and execute an outstanding intervention program.
Invoicing and timekeeping can be taxing, and OptimALL can provide customized, invoicing solutions.

Professional Development and Coaching
The OptimALL staff are among the most qualified and respected in the state. Our educators will cultivate professional development in the classroom with your teachers. This helps to address executive function, attention, and other learning differences – we provide differentiation strategies to benefit the entire classroom. In addition, the coaching staff will sit side by side with high school administrators as they become Jon Peterson scholarship providers and begin the administrative process.
